More on Virtual PC 2004

I just finished installing Debian under Virtual PC 2004. The install was a snap (as usual). The only thing that didn't work with Woody out-of-the-box and with keeping on debian stable was XFree86. It never seemed to startup.

So, updating my sources.list to use unstable packages, the apt upgrade to XFree86 4.2.1 (and everything else, why not?) make it all just work.

Quite nice.
