Seemed like a painless install, however the mt-upgrade31.cgi script informed me I wasn't upgraded to 3.0 (odd, I ran 3.01D before). I re-upgraded to 3.0 and then MT let me upgrade to 3.1. Let me know if there are any quirks, hopefully all was well.
