I've released a new updated version of Jalopy to work with JDeveloper 10g 10.1.3 (which should be released sometime really really really soon). This version of Jalopy is 1.1.5 and downloadable from here. The only change in this release is JDeveloper 10g 10.1.3 support (and it required JDeveloper 10.1.3).
When you install it, you unzip it into JDEVELOPER_HOME/jdev/extensions where JDEVELOPER_HOME is your JDeveloper installation directory, i.e. /Users/rcleveng/JDeveloper10g1013.
