EJB 3.0 Preview for Oracle Application Server.

I just got an email from Shay that our (Oracle's) EJB 3.0 preview release is out on OTN

The URL is http://otn.oracle.com/ejb3. There's the software, and a bunch of documentation and samples to help you get going with EJB3. Check it out. If you run into any problems, or need help, you can post in the J2EE forum on OTN.
